Independent verification of Lithium Hexafluorophosphate on third-party scientific databases:
Battery-grade LiPF6 is supplied at 99.9% (3N) min, with free HF < 100 ppm, water < 50 ppm (Karl Fischer), insolubles < 50 ppm, and metallic impurities (Fe, Cr, Ni, Cu, Pb, Zn) < 1 ppm each as confirmed by ICP-MS. Each lot ships with full COA including KF moisture, acidity titration, ICP-MS metals, and conductivity in EC/DMC test electrolyte.
LiPF6 is packed in moisture-tight HDPE bottles (1 kg, 5 kg) sealed under argon, then over-packed in fibre drums with desiccant and tamper-evident seals. Pallets are stretch-wrapped and shipped only as IMDG Class 6.1 / 8 declared dangerous goods. Bulk customers can opt for nitrogen-blanketed 25 kg drums.
Yes. We offer 1.0 M LiPF6 in EC:DMC, EC:DEC, EC:EMC and custom carbonate blends, with optional VC, FEC, PS, LiPO2F2, and LiBOB additives. Customer-specific formulations are produced under cleanroom conditions and shipped in stainless-steel canisters or HDPE bottles.
Shelf life is 12 months from manufacture when stored unopened at 5–10 °C in original packaging. Once opened, the material must be handled in a dry-room or glove-box with dew point < −40 °C. Free-HF rises rapidly above 25 °C and 100 ppm moisture.
LiPF6 is supplied under Only Representative arrangements where required. We can ship under REACH-compliant Letter of Access for EU customers and via registered importers for K-REACH (Korea) and J-CHIP (Japan). Contact regulatory@sbfluorochem.com for the latest registration status.
Lithium Hexafluorophosphate is supplied in HDPE woven bags with inner LDPE liner (25 kg / 50 kg net), HDPE drums (25 / 50 / 250 kg), and FIBC jumbo bags (500 / 1000 kg) for solid grades. Liquid grades ship in HDPE-lined steel drums (250 kg) or 1000 L IBC totes. Custom packaging — including nitrogen-blanketed, moisture-tight, or food-grade containers — is available on request.
Standard MOQ is 1 metric tonne for solid grades and 200 kg for liquid grades; pilot quantities of 5–25 kg are available for R&D qualification. Stock items dispatch within 7–10 working days from confirmed PO. Made-to-order grades and large export consignments require 3–4 weeks. Indian deliveries by road typically reach 4–7 days; export FCL shipments depend on destination port.
Yes. A 16-section GHS-format SDS is dispatched with every shipment and is also available in advance from marketing@sbfluorochem.com. A batch-specific COA accompanies every consignment and is emailed before dispatch for goods-receipt verification. Test methods follow IS / ASTM / USP / IP / EP as applicable.
SB Chemicals exports to over 35 countries across South-East Asia, the Middle East, Africa, Europe, and the Americas. We hold IEC, GST, and APEDA registrations. Shipments move CIF / FOB / CFR / FCA / EXW from Mundra, Nhava Sheva (JNPT), or Hazira ports. Letter of Credit (LC), TT, and DA terms are accepted subject to credit approval.
Yes. SB Chemicals operates an ISO 9001:2015 certified Quality Management System at the GIDC Vapi facility. Every batch undergoes raw-material testing, in-process control, and final QC release before despatch. Clients are welcome to schedule a third-party audit of the plant.
