Potassium hexafluorotitanate, formula K2TiF6, formula weight 240.05 g/mol. White crystalline solid, hexagonal crystal system. Density 3.02 g/cm3. Melting point 780°C with decomposition. Solubility in water 1.4 g/100mL at 20°C, increasing significantly with temperature. The TiF6 2- anion is octahedral. Stable in dry air; non-hygroscopic at room temperature.
